My favorite yoga spot

Find a spot. Any spot. Where do you like to do your practice? Is it the same sacred space each time? Do you have a special studio that resonates with you? Any place that you feel connected to source is a good place. Sometimes, we have to make do with surroundings that don't feel quite right. It is when we are truly immersed in our practice that we can let go of our attatchment to emotions about how a place makes us feel. Pratyahara, or withdrawl of the senses is one of the 8 limbs of Hatha Yoga as described in the Hatha Yoga Pradikapa. Withdrawing from external stimuli and settling inward, allows us to reap full benefits from our Yoga practice.
